Delivery and Return Agreement
ARTICLE 1 – SELLER

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sale price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website "www.jewellerypit.shop.com." This agreement is drawn up pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, and sale price of the products are as specified on the website.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and acknowledged the preliminary information, including the main features, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the products, as provided on the SELLER's website "www.jewellerypit.shop.com," and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product(s) subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or the individual/entity specified by the BUYER within the timeframe indicated in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s location, and in any case, within the legal period of 30 days.
4.3. If the product(s) are to be delivered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible if the person/entity refuses to accept the delivery.
4.4. The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the product(s) subject to the agreement are delivered intact, complete, as specified in the order, and accompanied by any applicable warranty certificates and user manuals.
4.5. Delivery of the product(s) is contingent upon the signed copy of this agreement reaching the SELLER and the payment for the product(s) being made by the BUYER using the preferred payment method. If the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records for any reason, the SELLER shall be deemed relieved of their obligation to deliver the product.
4.6. If the BUYER’s credit card is fraudulently or unlawfully used by unauthorized persons after the product delivery and the corresponding payment is not made to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the BUYER must return the product(s) to the SELLER within three days of delivery. The shipping costs for such returns shall be borne by the BUYER.
4.7. If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product(s) within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary events such as adverse weather conditions or disruptions in transportation, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER may choose to:
4.8. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to shop from the SELLER.
4.9. The SELLER is not responsible for pricing errors resulting from system or typographical mistakes.
4.10. The SELLER reserves the right to modify or cancel the content, scope, and features of any product listed on the website.
4.11. By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within seven days from the delivery of the product(s) to themselves or the person/entity at the address specified by them. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via fax, email, or phone within this period, provided the product(s) have not been used, as stipulated in Article 6. Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must provide the shipping receipt showing the return of the product(s) to the SELLER, along with the original invoice. The refund for returned product(s) will be processed within 15 days of receipt of these documents. The shipping costs for returns under the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the BUYER. Returns without the original invoice will not be accepted.
ARTICLE 6 – COMPETENT COURT
For the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the SELLER’s jurisdiction shall have authority up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce.
